Mezholezy is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.
Mezholezy lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Domažlice, 43 km (27 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 121 km (75 mi) south-west of Prague.
