Question from TechEditor9903 (17:27, 6 February 2026)
What is the proper way to point out what I believe to be either an error or conflicting sentences in an article? --TechEditor9903 (talk) 17:27, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
- @TechEditor9903: You can post it on the "Talk" page for the article. When you're viewing an article, there will be tabs "Article" and "Talk" on the top left. Clicking the "Talk" tab will lead you to the talk page of the article. You can then click on the "Add topic" tab at the top right to start a new discussion.

Question from Tegene Kunbi senbeto (23:55, 7 February 2026)
Tegene Kunbi
Tegene Kunbi (born 1980) is an Ethiopian contemporary artist based in Berlin, Germany. He is best known for his abstract paintings that incorporate a "material archive" of traditional Ethiopian textiles and heavy oil paint. In 2022, he was awarded the Grand Prix Léopold Sédar Senghor at the Dakar Biennale, and he is the official representative for the Ethiopian Pavilion at the 61st Venice Biennale in 2026.
Early Life and Education
Kunbi was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He attended the Alle School of Fine Arts and Design at Addis Ababa University, where he earned a degree in Painting and Art Education in 2004. In 2008, he received the prestigious DAAD scholarship, allowing him to move to Germany to study at the Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK). He completed his Master of Fine Arts in 2011.
Artistic Style and Philosophy
Kunbi’s work is characterized by a "dialogue of substances," blending geometric abstraction with the physical textures of textiles. His practice is deeply rooted in his Ethiopian heritage, specifically the "Wax and Gold" (Sem-enna-Warq) philosophy and the use of religious and utilitarian fabrics. His project for the 2026 Venice Biennale, titled "Shapes of Silence," explores silence as a political and spiritual condition within the Ethiopian psyche.
Major Awards and Recognition
2022: Grand Prix Léopold Sédar Senghor, Dakar Biennale (Dak'Art)
2026: Solo Representative, Ethiopian Pavilion, 61st Venice Biennale
2008: DAAD Scholarship for Fine Arts

- Why this draft works for Wikipedia:
- Neutral Tone: It avoids "peacock" words like brilliant or legendary.
- Verifiable Facts: It lists specific years, degrees, and awards that can be checked by editors.
- Notability: It focuses on your Dakar Grand Prix and Venice Pavilion, which are the two "golden keys" to Wikipedia notability. Tegene Kunbi senbeto (talk) 00:00, 8 February 2026 (UTC)

Administrators' newsletter – February 2026
News and updates for administrators from the past month (January 2026).
- Due to the result of a recent motion, a rough consensus of administrators at the arbitration enforcement noticeboard may impose an expanded topic ban on Israel, Israelis, Jews, Judaism, Palestine, Palestinians, Islam, and/or Arabs, if an editor's Arab-Israeli conflict topic ban is determined to be insufficient to prevent disruption. At least one diff per area expanded into should be cited.

RustyBot tagging with Episode table convert template
Just to let you know, your bot has been tagging quite a few pages with the {{Convert to Episode table}} template even though they have already been fixed. I believe it was requested you use User:Alex 21/sandbox/No episode table, but this list is not necessarily always up to date, I believe Alex_21 updates it with some script every few months. I have been going through fixing templates in the category, but if his list has not been updated, then they will all be retagged. I tried to remove a few today that were in my watchlist, but they got tagged again already. You might want to wait until Alex_21 updates his list, otherwise the ~500 articles that I have fixed will all be tagged again. Ajheindel (talk) 01:37, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Ajheindel: Thanks for letting me know! I'm not planning to run the bot again anytime soon unless a run is re-requested. As a side note, I'm compiling a list of pages that have both a tag and the table at User:RustyBot/Pages using Episode table tagged with Convert to Episode table, though note this page does take a while to generate.
- Thanks! ~ rusty meow ~ 06:18, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
