Commercial hub paragraph
This paragraph is just a rehashing of the notable places section. Details on who plays at North Sydney need not be detailed as this can be found in the linked article. Having a Commonwealth Bank branch is not notable, most high streets have bank branches. Miller Street with its many office buildings will be the headquarters of many companies, Mortgage House is not notable, defined by it not having an article. Articles on places list companies that are notable, i.e. have a stand alone article, e.g. North Sydney, Chatswood, not ones that don't. Mortgage House isn't a notable company and it is drawing a long bow to suggest that just because it was potentially going to sponsor a sporting team that never got off the ground it's in any way relevant to Miller Street.
