Lomná (Hungarian: Lomna) is a large village and municipality in Námestovo District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1609.^{[citation needed]}

The municipality lies at an altitude of 690 metres (2,260 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 21.55 km² (8.32 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 966 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 943 people by ethnicity 926 as Slovak, 17 as Not found out, 8 as Polish, 7 as Czech, 1 as Ukrainian and 1 as English.
