  • Italiano: Lapide del celebre giurista Baldo degli Ubaldi (1327-1400), già nella chiesa di San Francesco a Pavia, spostata nel 1787 nel "Cortile di Volta" dell'Università di Pavia. L'iscrizione dice: "Vita, labor, studium, divini cultus amoris, / artes naturae, regis fulgentia dicta, / legales normae, pastorum coelica iura / ornant Baldi animum, quae pandunt dogmata clara. / Quisquis nunc liquit mortalia pondera cernis / dulcia tam gestans auctoris Pasqua sumit. / Conditur hic Baldus Francisci, tegmine fultus / doctorum princeps Perusina conditur arce ,/ qui obiit anno MCCCC, die XXVIII Aprilis in aurora. // Gothardus Regna Mediol(anensis), Ticinensis gymnasii / legistarum rector instauravit an(no) MDXLVII.".
