Horné Srnie (Hungarian: Felsőszernye) is a village and municipality in Trenčín District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1439.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 242 metres (794 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 27.25 km² (10.52 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 2679 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 2707 people by ethnicity 2564 as Slovak, 127 as Not found out, 40 as Czech, 8 as Other, 5 as Russian, 3 as Moravian, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Turkish, 1 as Romani, 1 as Austrian and 1 as English.
