The 2003 King's Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council election took place on 1 May 2003 to elect members of King's Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council in Norfolk, England.[1] This was on the same day as other local elections.
The whole council was up for election on new ward boundaries. This increased the number of seats by 2 from 60 to 62.
