Please don't add or restore sub-national flags like Hong Kong and Puerto Rico. In this edit, you restored a sub-national flag that had been removed before. There is an editing gudeline for sub-national flags, MOS:NONSOVEREIGN expressing the consensus desire of the community not to include them in most articles like the pageant articles you are interested in.
