The draw takes place on 4th October 2005. The group stage takes place between 20 October 2005 to 15 Decmber 2005.
First Knockout Round
The draw takes place on 16 December 2005. The first leg takes place on 15/16 February 2006. The second on 23 February 2006.
Second Knockout Round
The draw takes place on 16 December 2005. The first leg takes place on 9 March 2006. The second on 15/16 March 2006.
Quarter Finals
The draw takes place on 17 March 2006. The first leg takes place on 30 March 2006. The second on 6 April 2006.
Semi Finals
The firs leg takes place on 20 April 2006. The second on 27 April 2006.
Final
The Final takes place on 10 May 2006 in Philips Stadion, Eindhoven.
