Islamic State – West Africa Province → Islamic State's West Africa ProvinceIslamic State's West Africa Province – Per naming Convention, This move should be completed due to the use of special characters within the title, which may or may not render on some (but not many) devices. This was recently moved from "Islamic State's West Africa Province" (its original name) to its current form ("Islamic State – West Africa Province") as a majority of editors agreed with the move. If there is a error, I would recommend raising the issue at the main talk page of "Islamic State" because almost all IS branches have been recently renamed to "Islamic State – X Province".
