Should be sorted now. If I remember my surname logic correctly, when used at the start of a sentence a surname like van Buuren becomes Van Buuren (because it's the first word of the sentence) so I have left those capitalised, as well as those used in references because they might actually be how the source gave the name (if someone else wants to check those, by all means feel free).
