Likavka is a village and municipality in Ružomberok District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1315.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 494 metres (1,621 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 18.26 km² (7.05 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 2846 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 2987 people by ethnicity 2863 as Slovak, 118 as Not found out, 15 as Czech, 4 as Polish, 3 as Rusyn, 3 as Other, 2 as Russian, 2 as English, 1 as Jewish, 1 as Romanian, 1 as German and 1 as Hungarian.
