Kenar Sar Rural District (Persian: دهستان كنارسر)[5] is in Kuchesfahan District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.[6] Its capital is the village of Kenar Sar.[3]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 7,102 in 2,119 households.[7] There were 6,497 inhabitants in 2,261 households at the following census of 2011.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,111 in 2,227 households. The most populous of its 10 villages was Gileva Dashtan, with 1,706 people.[4]
