4) messages about events and facts that are of an exclusively informational nature (news reports of the day, TV broadcast schedules, transport schedules, etc.).
Comment – The Donetsk People's Republic is a self-proclaimed state. It is regarded as a part of Ukraine by most countries. Nevertheless it is supposed, that author has agreed with uncopyrightability of this work.
