English: 11 years after the #LillyLedbetter Fair Pay Act was signed into law, we still have work to be done to end the gender wage gap. Last year, I was proud to vote for #PaycheckFairnessAct and I urge my Senate colleagues to do the same. It's time to end the wage gap once and for all.
