I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The sources section doesn't seem to be used except from Ryzhkov, 1774 to Razryadnaya 1978. I would suggest removing it as only the odd entry is used. Currently it is a complete mess. The references are a complete mess, a mix of bare urls and proper cites. Some look like sfn tags, others a broken.
Yes, indeed, it is a complete mess. I was trying to include as many sources as possible so that my article would be well-founded.
