Looking at WP:ARTIST, I feel that Arias-Misson is notable as an artist because his work falls under 4(d) "been represented within the permanent collections of several notable galleries or museums." His work has been collected by the Beinecke [1] the Sackner Archive [2][3][4]. [5] is at either the Beinecke or the Sackner.

He also has written extensively, see the article.
