Malý Horeš (Hungarian: Kisgéres) is a village and municipality in the Trebišov District in the Košice Region of south-eastern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1214.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 99 metres (325 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 19.20 km² (7.41 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 1068 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 1091 people by ethnicity 1009 as Hungarian, 100 as Slovak, 56 as Not found out, 1 as Czech, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Romani, 1 as Rusyn and 1 as Russian.
