Doesn't anything here strike you as odd? The same page by Atygaev that you linked to regarding the Dzungar victory also mentions that the Kazakhs drove them out. It specifically notes that Gurevich wrote about the Kazakhs expelling the Dzungars. Depending on independent findings on proportionality, Bosch characterized the airstrike as fitting in an "overwhelmingly compliant pattern of behaviour" in a phenomenon of the "death of international law."

The text in the source is quite different. I would suggest the following text as a replacement:

Shannon Bosch, an associate professor of law at Edith Cowan University refutes suggestions that International law is dead, and stated that incidents like this illustrate the continuing importance of International humanitarian law, especially in times of conflict. Bosch stated that "schools ... are protected and may not be directly targeted. Schools are not merely buildings. They, too, may not be directly targeted."

The U.S. has performed about twice as many strikes on Iran as Israel, not to mention attacks on the navy in international waters, according to both the link and the Hegeseth briefing. Israel has higher deaths because their civilian population is close by, not because they are fighting more. They have a much smaller total fighting force than the U.S. has deployed against Iran.

Wikipedia page suggests that Brazil "at least partially" supports the given attacks, the given source clearly states as a headline "Brazilian government condemns strikes on Iran".
