Kokoro Isomura (born 22 January 2003) is a Japanese tennis player.

Isomura has a career high ATP singles ranking of 449 achieved on 11 November 2024. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 478 achieved on 2 December 2024.[1]

Isomura has won one ATP Challenger doubles title at the 2025 Nonthaburi Challenger.[2]
