Zivan Aviad-Beer

Zivan Aviad-Beer (Hebrew: זיוון אביעד-בר), sometimes transliterated as Zivan Aviad-Bar, is a military officer of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the rank of Brigadier General. He is a military physician specializing in internal medicine. On July 10, 2024 he was assigned the position of the chief of the Israel Medical Corps.[1]

He was a battalion doctor in the Second Lebanon War, a doctor in the Golani Brigade, a divisional doctor, completed internship at the Ichilov Hospital, and was Medical Officer of the Southern Command.[2]
