Background: Nottoohappy has being warned numerous time that his edit to Kevin Garn are vandalism and BLP violations. He was given a "Last Warning" and a Administrators noticeboard was posted by Two different editors at the exact same time, so it was decided to wait to see if Nottoohappy vandalized the page again. If he did he would then be blocked.
Evidence of sockpuppety: The last two changes by the IP address 69.167.53.57 here and here are word for word to the last change by Nottoohappy and most of his other changes, for example here, here and here.
