Phanly

  • Supporting evidence: initial edit by Phanley[1] at 00:30 14th sets the editting format. Schneehasi is created at 00:42[2] first edit 01:02[3]. Myungbo is created at 01:05[4] first edit at 01:21[5]. Phanly created a template the two other accounts then just copied the template using the edit summary Added details of greenhouse gas emissions.
Note Schneehasi is currently blocked for spamming and requesting unblock, I was asked by a reviewing admin to raise a CU to clarify the relationship between the accounts. Myungbo is currently blocked as a sockpuppet, Phanly hasnt edited since 14th and hasnt been blocked. My thoughts are that the two accounts were created by Phanly to spam a lobby group link into to Powerstation articles. Gnangarra 00:54, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
