  • Supporting evidence: Both of these users are blocked from the English Wikipedia. This may be one user or two users; I can tell from the articles that they edit that both are in the same geographic region.

Several attack accounts were created and were used to attempt to tag Freewayguy's page as {{retired}}. However, this is very similar to the editing style of User:I-210. Even an IP was used. [1] Open proxies were used to make very similar edits similar to the style of I-210. (i.e. as compared to [2]). They have also been used to blank various 75.47 talk pages, which have been confirmed as IPs of User:I-210 (Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/I-210)

What makes this more complicated is that this issue is cross-wiki for both Freewayguy and I-210- as another open proxy IP tells me (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Rschen7754&diff=prev&oldid=250798512).

Links to activity on other wikis: (which is very colored, which is about all I can say here): I-210 I-405 Freewayguy I-710

Also note the previous "Likely" connection between AL2TB and I-210: Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/AL2TB

My question is: were the attack accounts and open proxies those of Freewayguy, I-210, or both? (Not sure if this should be referred to a steward because of the cross-wiki nature of this). Also, are there any sleeper accounts?--Rschen7754 (T C) 08:24, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Freewayguy and I-405 are puppets of a well-known cross-wiki puppeteer. -- Avi (talk) 05:06, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As in, like a Willy on Wheels or something you read about at LTA? Or just a low-profile user who decided to do block evasion like we thought? --Rschen7754 (T C) 06:44, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As in someone who makes regular appearances in cross-wiki puppeteer discussions on the checkuser e-mail list. -- Avi (talk) 07:12, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose my question is this: Did we get fooled into believing that Freewayguy was who he really was? Or to rephrase, was this just recently or has this been going on for a long time? --Rschen7754 (T C) 07:46, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Confirmed with respect to the named user(s). no No comment with respect to IP address(es).

Clerk note: Tagged. OhanaUnitedTalk page 20:21, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
After further evidence and analysis of other cross wiki vandalism, it is at least  Inconclusive that Freewayguy (talk · contribs · page moves · block user · block log) is related to I-210 (talk · contribs). -- Avi (talk) 22:39, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
However, I-405 does seem to be FWG and not I210. -- Avi (talk) 22:47, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
