1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?

A: I want to edit and block unnecessary editors and vandalism.

2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?

A: The Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian City article bacause its indicate all the history, geography and politics of the place.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

A: Yes, but I did is to undo it if it is not fair.

2. Obvious WP:NOTNOW case, I recommend you withdraw this as it will probably be closed soon anyway. Throw in WP:NOTMYSPACE as another reason for my oppose. You have barely 600 edits, and over 150 of those are to your own userpage. And your answers to the standard questions indicate a poor understanding of the English language.
