While it appears that these terms are related (per search results such as [1]), it's not clear that they're synonyms and Gartak (or gar-tak) is not currently mentioned at the target. I would suggest deletion unless a justification can be provided. signed, Rosguill talk 21:34, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- I agree, they are not synonyms. Delete. JimRenge (talk) 22:29, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

No mention in target page. PamD 21:02, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- delete as a vague synonym at best. Also seems to be an animated comedy short. --Lenticel (talk) 00:10, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- Keep I just went down a YouTube rabbit hole of animated videos because of this nom (link). It's an internet slang term for Halloween now. –MJL ‐Talk‐☖ 04:59, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- But unless you add a sourced statement to that effect to the article, the redirect doesn't help the reader. PamD 05:47, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- Then what is {{R to article without mention}} for? –MJL ‐Talk‐☖ 07:03, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- As its documentation says, "used to populate a "container" category that should remain empty". PamD 07:53, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- Note also WP:R#ASTONISH:
"Wikipedia follows the "principle of least astonishment"; after following a redirect, the reader's first question is likely to be: "Hang on ... I wanted to read about this. Why has the link taken me to that?" Make it clear to the reader that they have arrived in the right place. Normally, we try to make sure that all "inbound redirects" other than misspellings or other obvious close variants of the article title are mentioned in the first couple of paragraphs of the article or section to which the redirect goes."
PamD 07:57, 17 December 2019 (UTC)- Then it becomes a question of whether or not the redirect is intuitive. For me, it was intuitive because I knew what it meant.
However, if your goal was get to me to stop being lazy and find sources, I finally have done so. Here's the breakdown:

- As you can see, it is a common term for either October or Halloween at least according to these semi-reliable surface-level sources. That's good enough to me for a redirect, but it's not good enough for a mention. That puts us in option two of {{R without mention}}

- Delete or disambiguate to Kellen Goff#Animations and Grace Beside Me#Episodes. Both are minor, so I don't think a dab is strictly necessary, but there are multiple things it can refer to. In a general sense, "Spooky Month" would be October. Holloween is a day, not a month. -- Tavix (talk) 17:51, 17 December 2019 (UTC)

- Thomas J.V → Thomas J. Van Alstyne (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
No evidence in the page that this abbreviated name was ever used. (And quirky punctuation too, with stop after the "J" but not the "V"?) PamD 20:54, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

- List of Sonic the Hedgehog series vocal songs → Sonic the Hedgehog#Music (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
No such list in target article. Steel1943 (talk) 22:04, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
- Keep, possibly strong, per WP:ATT. It appears to have substantial revision history and the article's contents likely merged out into one or more related articles. I wouldn't be opposed to a renaming without leaving a redirect, though, to something more concise, or retargeting elsewhere. --Doug Mehus T·C 17:00, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
- Either way, as a redirect, it is not helpful with its current title due to there being no content as referenced by the title of the redirect. Readers attempting to find information about the subject as mentioned in the redirect will be disappointed due to not finding what they are looking for. Steel1943 (talk) 02:51, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
- Keep or restore. The second paragraph of the Music section lists vocal songs in the Sonic the Hedgehog series in prose format. I would also support restoration becuase I think the former list at that title was a good start, it just needs some better sourcing (and if restored, I'd move it back to List of Sonic the Hedgehog series songs). -- Tavix (talk) 19:44, 15 December 2019 (UTC)

- Hyper Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog) → Sonic the Hedgehog 3#Sonic 3 & Knuckles (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
Unclear where this should target. The redirect currently targets Sonic the Hedgehog 3#Sonic 3 & Knuckles, but apparently a subject by the redirect's name is also present in Sonic and the Secret Rings. I'm addition, it would nit be helpful targeting Sonic the Hedgehog (character), considering the word "hyper" is not mentioned anywhere in that article. Steel1943 (talk) 22:01, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
- Retarget to Sonic Wild Fire (now at Sonic and the Secret Rings) per the AfD result from Talk:Hyper Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog) to preserve attribution history. --Doug Mehus T·C 17:02, 6 December 2019 (UTC)

Convention that is most likely cancelled. Not mentioned anywhere else. Jalen Folf (talk) 15:34, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- Question why did you remove all mention of Califur from the target article rather than either adding a note that it may or may not still be active or moving it to the section for discontinued events? Either would seem to be justified based on a quick look for sources, and would not necessitate deleting the redirect or removing encyclopaedic information. Not explained on the article. I suggest to retarget this to SpaceX Mars transportation infrastructure. --Soumyabrata (talk • subpages) 12:21, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- Support redirecting to SpaceX Mars transportation infrastructure. As noted when the redirect was created a couple of years ago, the rocket article was likely not going to be the best target long term. It just, at that time, had the most complete description of the Mars base concept that SpaceX was contemplating. N2e (talk) 12:33, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
