Agree. I assumed that pictures from the State of Texas were unencumbered by copyright, but was incorrect. Mea culpa. I will remove the image. Note that the remaining image is from 2004, so it is getting rather "long in the tooth". Lynn (talk) 22:43, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
