- File:FlorentinaMosoraDG2.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Public domain claimed, but no evidence about it. It is not from a US Gov source; it was made in 1959, so it hasn't expired; there is no evidence that its author has released it. - Andrei (talk) 15:31, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete per nominator. Special:DeletedContributions/Bci2 is quite revealing. —David Eppstein (talk) 17:17, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Reply: The listed file,[:File:FlorentinaMosoraDG2.jpg]], is from a Romanian government source in 1959 because both the film makers and the TV station were government owned in 1959. The statements made here below by Andrei are both factually incorrect and misleading. The file should not, and must not, be deleted. Its author was a government-paid employee in 1959, and the above statement applies. The statements made by Mr. Andrei Stroe seem to be deliberately misleading and incorrect. It may appear that he might have some vetted interest in not allowing any photo of the actress Florentina Mosora on the web. This raises the obvious question if Mr. Andrei Stroe is possibly a paid agent of the Romanian government? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bci2 (talk • contribs)
- Comment. Bci2 removed the notice of this deletion discussion from the image page. I restored it and left a warning on his talk page. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:26, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Explanation seems appropriate and rational. I'm not sure about Romanian law though. It would be important to make sure it is appropriately described before acting. — BQZip01 — talk 04:52, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- User has a long history of uploading copyright violations stolen from various web sources. I can't find an original on this one, but there's about a 1% chance it's actually the uploader's own work. (ESkog)(Talk) 19:27, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I have deleted it as a copyright violation from http://www.airliners.net/photo/Balkan-Holidays-Air/Tupolev-Tu-154M/0917282/M/ MilborneOne (talk) 21:47, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
