Nominator's rationale: This maintenance category was created by Rfassbind with the intent that the objects would be added via the {{Comets}} navbox. Woodensuperman claims that "it's fairly obvious common sense that populating categories is not the function of a navbox" [1] (although there is no specific claim in WP:TEMPLATECAT). The main article space about the same topic do not do so, all the basketball articles about the post-'91 events clearly describe what happened instead.
This change would be analogous to the changes we made in year and football categories. It would also allow for categorizing 1992-2002 together with the 2003-2006 period of Serbia and Montenegro, because those are a coherent topic throughout this time period (1992-2006). First, flyover is a disambiguation page, with the main topic shown listing a flyover as "a high-level road bridge" (the actual article is at overpass) - so all flyovers would count as bridges anyway. Second, every other bridge-by-city category is at Category:Bridges in Foo, as are all bridge-by-country categories (including this one's parent, Category:Bridges in Bangladesh). Nominator's rationale: delete per WP:NONDEF, hardly any of the articles mentions Visigothic descent. For background: the Visigothic Kingdom ended in 711 and by then the Visigoths were largely assimilated in the original "Romans" of Spain and southern France. Some noble families were still known to be Visigothic and it is their (claimed) descendants who are in these categories.
