Fails WP:NCORP, and is possibly AI-generated. Coords lead to a "Singhania University" about 40 km away from the actual location of Shridhar University per the website. The "Ordinance 6 of 2010" that supposedly created this university is about Agricultural Produce Markets as far as I can tell (https://assembly.rajasthan.gov.in/Containers/Legislation/Ordinance.aspx).
