The result was delete‎. There is just about a consensus below to delete, disregarding rationales that don't have a solid basis in policy. WP:BLPREQUESTDELETE provides that a rough consensus allows an administrator to close as delete. Per FormalDude, the key argument here (regarding notability) hasn't been answered. • Delete: Award might be notable, but what we have are trivial mentions of the individual; I can't find anything beyond what's given here. If the gentleman was involved (or not) in unsavoury operations at the hospital, well that doesn't add to notability unless proven guilty.
