The references provided are predominantly primary (WP:PRIMARY) or self-published (WP:SPS)[1][2] and lack substantial independent, reliable coverage as per WP:RS . But, the article's tone is promotional violating WP:PROMO and does not present a WP:NPOV. I noted his professional roles are notable but significant third-party recognition or impact is missing.
