- Delete or redirect: An article on a spun-off company which was then acquired by another. The article text contains no indication of notability, just describing a sequence of transactions, which fall under trivial coverage at WP:CORPDEPTH. I have added a sentence about the acquisition to Ventas (company), which could provide a redirect target if an alternative was sought. AllyD (talk) 11:15, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
