Serving on political parties' internal organizing committees is not an WP:NPOL pass, this is written like a résumé rather than an encyclopedia article, and the references are not substantive coverage about him for the purposes of getting him over WP:GNG, but primary sources and glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of other things.
