• Comment- I've been able to find one reliable source with significant coverage, but no others. Hani 21 (The Hankyoreh's magazine) has a reasonably long profile of him which also states that he was the secretary general of the DPR Korea Football Association and that he's a famous striker for the North Korean national soccer team (which makes sense since he's constantly in North Korean press conferences about the World Cup and stuff).
