• Keep - I think he is of borderline notability, but there certainly has been coverage independent sources, the fact that the Antrim Times and other local papers aren't online simply makes him a WP:BIO failure on a google test. • Delete The council of which he is a member represents a population of only 50,000. Local government bodies of this size do not make the members notable.He lost the last election for MP.
