• Delete. As always, mayors are not deemed "inherently" notable just for existing, and have to pass WP:NPOL #2 on a depth and volume of WP:GNG-worthy reliable source coverage that enables us to write a substantive article about their political career: specific things they did, specific projects they spearheaded, specific effects their mayoralty had on the development of the city, and on and so forth. But as is so often the case for bad articles about mayors, this consists almost entirely of background biographical trivia about his personal life, referenced to primary sources, with no substantive information about his mayoralty and no GNG-building sourcing.
