Josh Wiggins

Hi,

The article about which you've inquired was deleted through Wikipedia's proposed deletion process, meaning that the protest of any editor is sufficient to have the content restored. Under the circumstances you describe, I'd be happy to move the content to your userspace so that you might have the time to expand the article (in the deleted content, there isn't much more than a bare filmography. Having said that, I'm not sure that now is the ideal time to create an article for young Josh Wiggins. His first major film starring role is released tomorrow in the US, and the other projects in which he is credited are also in the future. It is difficult for me to imagine that, as things stand today, he meets the notability requirements for entertainers. Waiting even a few weeks, until after his first film has succeeded at the box office; or even a year, until several more of his films are released, would greatly improve his chances of surviving an articles for deletion debate, the forum where decisions about what content belongs in the encyclopedia are ultimately made. You are free to try writing a fuller article now, but any editor may propose a full articles for deletion (AfD) debate, and I suspect the current chances of a positive outcome for Mr. Wiggins are low. Waiting might be the best approach. In any case, I will userfy the content of the Josh Wiggins article to User:Terrydmorgan/Josh Wiggins. Best wishes, Xoloz (talk) 16:16, 12 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
