You have done a good job of identifying the weaknesses with your article, but near the end of your comment you start to introduce some bias. A better way to talk about it would be to say, you want to add a section to the article that explores current debates as to the appropriateness and fairness of the reservations system.

I would recommend editing what you have written so far to change the last part to more neutral language. After all, Wikipedia requires neutrality.
