Greetings. I ran across this page via a list of "stale" AfD nominations and noticed:

• The page was created without the {{afd2}} template. This template adds important links relating to the article, including a link to the previous nomination and one to the article itself.
• The page was never transcluded to a daily log page where it can be seen by those editors who regularly track and comment upon these things.

Therefore, it's probable that almost nobody ever saw this page until now. I've gone ahead and fixed the issues above. No harm done--it's just that the "clock" on the discussion starts now.
