Please see User talk:EdJohnston#81.230.149.213 where an editor suggests that you are edit warring, and that you are once again using both a registered account and an IP. This probably violates WP:SOCK and there is an argument that your IP should again be blocked. You can respond if you wish. The previous block of this IP was in April 2017, and it followed a complaint at WP:AN3 as well as a previous block of User:BjörnBergman for edit warring.
