Regina Bultrón-Bengoa was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has a Master’s Degree in Media Studies from The New School in New York City, with a concentration in New Media and Community Engagement. She is a consultant managing projects for the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute. She is also the founder of The Social Dot, a small media group whose mission is to provide affordable social media and digital marketing solutions to small businesses and small and mid-sized organizations related to the arts.
