I like reading and editing Wikipedia articles in my free time:

  • to learn new information every day
  • to contribute back to the community

My intentions are to:

  • reduce verbose to make articles more concise and easier to read
  • improve objectivity and reduce subjectivity, such as by using credible sources and adding perspectives

I like Wikipedia because of:

  • the democratization of information and education - free, widespread access with various languages in which anyone can edit
  • articles, particularly those that are most visited, heavily require citations to ensure credibility and accuracy, unlike most websites today

Note:

I am a human. If you are reading this, you are as well. If I make a mistake, kindly notify me.

Topics that I am in interested in learning and researching:

  • Plaque Psoriasis, its causes and treatment
  • The "slope effect" from geographic aspect, and its potential impacts on economies based on topography and global location: i.e. a ski run built on the north-facing slope of a mountain in the northern hemisphere to maximize the snow by minimizing snow melt (by minimizing sunlight, as the sun is in the south in the northern hemisphere); other impacts include issues regarding erosion, water storage, house placement, wildfires, etc...
  • Specific examples of counterintuitives and counterproductivities
  • Lucid dreaming, its causes, how it works, and potential ways of benefiting from it
  • The most efficient method(s) of secondary language acquisition
