Welcome to my userpage. As you might have guessed, my full legal name is Charles Aaron Thompson. I have been frequently editing on Wikipedia since January 12, 2010. I am a native of and still live in Blackfoot, Idaho. I have lived in (and worked in) Blackfoot for 34 of 36 years (I served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2007–2009; my mission was the New York Rochester Mission).
Education
I graduated from Blackfoot High School in May 2007. I have graduated from Idaho State University with a B.A. in Mass Communication (My degree was awarded on January 11, 2016). I primarily studied journalism classes in college at Idaho State from 2010–2015.
Background details
As I previously mentioned, I served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As part of my mission, I served in areas such as Buffalo and Rochester.
Interests
My primary interests are sports (in particular, professional team sports leagues, such as the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Basketball Association (NBA), and certain teams, such as the Utah Jazz.) A lot of the pages I've edited on here deal with my primary interests.

Wikipedia philosophy
My philosophy in editing on this wiki is to correct vandalism, and to add reliable sources to articles that I feel need them. I also try to ensure that the edits I make are accurate, and also verifiable for other readers. For example, I'm the editor responsible for adding references to official team colors for each of the 30 NBA teams on this wiki. As you can probably tell, a lot of my edits have to do with ensuring that the official team colors for all 153 teams in the NFL, MLB, NBA, National Hockey League (NHL), and Major League Soccer (MLS) are as accurate as possible. I also contribute many team color-related edits to modules and templates such as Module:Sports color/baseball, Module:Sports color/basketball, Module:College color/data, and Template:NFLPrimaryColor. However, my edits are not confined to sports-related topics. I mostly contribute to any article I feel needs improvement, whether that would be filling in references, removing dead links, etc.
