TemplateData for VRTS ticket 2
This template creates a hyperlink to an existing VRTS ticket. It is useful for Volunteer Response Team agents wanting to refer to the content of specific tickets. The template takes two parameters: the first is the ticket number and the second is the ticket ID. Only the ticket number is required for the template to work, and neither has a default value. The template throws an error if you do not include mandatory parameters.

Usage
Unlike its sister template, {{VRTS ticket}}, this template does not require the ticket ID parameter to link tickets. The ordering of the parameters is also reversed due to technial constraints.
