Prose
- In the background section, "...the Australian Government announced a collaboration between the Australian Olympic Committee to assist ..." does not specify who were the AOC collaborating with. Further text mentions collaboration of the Australian High Commission in Kiribati with the Kiribati NOC, but this makes me wonder if it was a collaboration of the three (plus the ministry) or a plan/programme/scheme etc. of the AOC for collaboration of the High Commission, the NOC and the ministry. Could you please clarify?
- Ministry of Women, Youth, Sports and Social Affairs - of which country? This is not immediately clear.
- Linked to the above, in the lede, "...delegation was supported by a collaboration between the Australian Government and the Australian Olympic Committee..." makes little sense to me on its own as I wondered (when I read the sentence first) what would an Australian Govt and AOC collaboration have to do with Kiribati. It is clearer from reading the entire article, but the lede should summarize - so could you please improve this to summarize the collaboration (including the clarifications per above point)?
- In Athletics/Qualification and lead-up to the games section, why is "passion" in scarequotes? Presented like that, it reads as lack of passion. Is that correct?
- In Weightlifting/Qualification section, "where he won three bronzes in each competition" reads odd to me (as if he won nine medals), I'd suggest "where he won a bronze in each of the three competitions"
- Wikilink I-Kiribati to I-Kiribati to explain demonym.
That's it for the prose review. I'll do source spot-checks next. --Tomobe03 (talk) 09:54, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Tomobe03 I believe I'm done with the comments so far? Let me know if I did anything wrong. I believe the first comment was cut off. Arconning (talk) 10:39, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- The first comment was left in error - it was explained in the following three items instead.--Tomobe03 (talk) 11:16, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Tomobe03 In the source, it explicitly states the three just made an announcement regarding the support given by the collaboration between the Australian Government and the Australian Olympic Committee, though it might connote that they were also part of the collaboration as the Australian High Commission is part of the Australian Government while the other two relates to sport in Kiribati. Arconning (talk) 12:25, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- Ok, I'll review the changes, taking this into account, at the end of the review - after references and images are dealt with. Tomobe03 (talk) 20:31, 9 March 2025 (UTC)

Sources spot checks
- Ref #3 is ok
- Ref #4 is ok
- Ref #12 is ok
- Ref #20 is ok
All the refs seem appropriate, uniformly applied, and everything is referenced. The information presented in image captions is unreferenced in the captions themselves, but supported by prose references or commons file descriptions. Erati being the farthest to the left in the image is evident from the flag in the photo - not ideal, but I'll accept it under WP:BLUE.
Image review
All images are appropriately licenced and captioned, except:
Weightlifting at the 2024 Summer Olympics – Men's 61 kg.webp - which requires confirmation of the copyright status at the Commons. Moreover, it appears from the notice posted at the Commons page, that the image is scheduled for deletion unless the confirmation is provided in the meantime. This needs to be addressed.--Tomobe03 (talk) 20:35, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
MOS
- There are duplicate links to National Olympic Committee, 2023 Pacific Games, Honiara. Per WP:OVERLINK, only the first mention of each should be wikilinked unless they appear far apart - and this article is quite short to qualify for "far apart" IMO.
- Abbreviation NOC is introduced for National Olympic Committee, which is fine, but it should be done at the first mention of the term, not the 2nd.
I might add more to this section once I review the edits made during this review.--Tomobe03 (talk) 20:41, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
