In the last paragraph, it says "He then conquered of Gandhara where he committed many atrocities on Buddhists and destroyed their shrines." ​Just because something is sourced, it doesn't mean it should be included, especially since there's already a Wikipedia page existing for the rulers of Kashmir. Even otherwise, there are multiple problems with your edit. Why is your so-called summary added to the paragraph on Jammu? Why is there no link to the supposed rulers of Kashmir page? Why was the citation removed? Et cetra.

At a higher level, how does it help to give a dry list of governors, without stating anything useful about them?

It has been hardly a day since the addition of the list of governors and since it is you who has been insisting on its inclusion, the responsibility to achieve consensus lies on you, not me.

I have no idea which paragraph you're talking about. I had already linked the page to rulers of Kashmir in my edit summary.
