I was going to change "data terminal equipments" to "data terminal equipment" until I realized
the acronym is written: DTEs. Can I get a second opinion? I think "equipments" is just plain

Better late than never (12 years and change), but I've changed it; the problem is that "equipment" is a non-count noun, so doesn't take a plural suffix, but an acronym like "DTE" doesn't have any clear status like that, so takes a plural suffix for clarity. — Sasuke Sarutobi (push to talk) 11:51, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
