Summary style and major parties

I had tagged with the leaders of all the major Congolese parties in attendance with {{which}}, but was reverted by Indy beetle per WP:SUMMARY. I would argue that specifying which parties are considered major (or alternatively, the party leaders who actually attended the meeting) is a fairly important detail, especially because the term "major party" is not used anywhere else in the article.
