It was stated by Charlie Ward previous to the 93' NFL Draft that if he wasnt picked in the first round not to pick him at all.

The first paragraph incorrectly says that Ward was drafted by the NFL (joining Winfield as a three-sport draftee).

It is relevant that that controversial event in Charlie's career be included in his profile.

"He soon helped the Knicks reach the 1999 NBA Finals, before falling to the San Antonio Spurs, that would become his next team in January 2004, after a trade-and-waive between the Knicks and the Phoenix Suns, that cut him the next day."
